Rates
Our rates are in Mexican pesos, and they include 15% sales tax and 2% lodging tax. All rates are subject to change. Rates go up slightly during the high season, but they'll remain at low-season levels if you make your reservation well in advance.
For reservations during high season, we require that you make a bank deposit to our account 20 days before your arrival, to guarantee your reservation.

High Season
Holy Week: March 13 - 22, 2008.
Fall : October, 2008. (International Cervantino Festival).
Holiday Season : December 19, 2008 - January 8, 2009.

CANCELLATIONS (VERY IMPORTANT):
10 days before your planned arrival: no charge.
9 to 5 days before your planned arrival: 50% charge.
4 days before planned arrival: 70% charge.

Deposit:
To reserve your room, we require that you make a deposit of 50% of the total for your stay.

Accepted forms of payment:
Cash. Payment may be made in Mexican pesos, Euros or Dollars (which will be exchanged at the current rate).
Deposits: To be made to our checking account, once we've confirmed that the room you wish to reserve is available. We do no't, at this time, accept credit cards.

Check-In:
Check-in is at 6 p.m. . We can make special arrangements for guests that arrive late.

Check-Out:
Check-out is at 1 p.m. . If you check out after 1:30, you will be charged for an additional night. If you'd like, we can take care of your luggage for a while after you've checked out while you go shopping or visit tourist attractions.

Children:
Children are very welcome at our B&B.

Extra Adults:
Extra adults are those guests over 11 years of age, beginning with the third guest in each room. An extra guest charge of $150.00 pesos in low season and $200.00 pesos in high season applies.

Pets:
We accept pets, given that you let us know when making your reservation.

Smoking:
Out of respect for all of our guests, we only allow smoking in specifically designated areas and rooms.
